Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are only offered if the items are faulty or temporarlily out of stock.

In the case of faulty items you must email us as soon as the item is received and it needs to be returned to us within 7 business days.

If there is nothing in our store that is suitable for the exchange, you will receive a credit to be used in our store within 3 months.

We do not give refunds because you have changed your mind.

Exchanges or refunds are not given on underwear.

If you are exchanging a bra/lingerie set, you must wear not try the underwear on "skin on skin".

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item/s that you are wanting to make an exchange.

We must receive the item/s within 7 days of your notification.

The buyer pays for return postage to us and also the postage back to them.

Items must be posted back to us using Registered Post.

The goods must be in original, NEW condition. This includes any packaging and swing tags. The tags must not have been removed.

There is to be no smoking around the item/s.

There are to be no pets/animals around the item/s.

Want2be Costumes & Lingerie reserves the right to deny an exchange/refund if any of the above items are not adhered to.
